How It Works

Rental requirements

Renter Requirements-

  • Valid Drivers License
  • Valid Auto Insurance that extends to the trailer rented, or purchase trailer insurance coverage through MBA Insurance at $3.00 per day. Insurance must be verified before picking up trailer.
  • Valid Credit Card for Deposit.

Vehicle Requirements-

  • Tow vehicle in good working order, able to tow desired trailer and load.
  • Have the proper tow hitch and ball or remove it before arrival. Our bumper pull trailers come with tow ball hitches.
  • Check your tow capacity on your tow hitch and ball, if it's not rated for the GVWR of the trailer one is available with your trailer rental.
  • 7 way plug and brake controller need to be in working conditions prior to pick up.
  • No bumper pull style hitches allowed must have a frame style hitch receiver.

Can I travel outside of Billings with the trailer?

Yes! You can travel wherever necessary within the US. Trailer needs to be returned to the same location as pickup and at the agreed return time.

Is a deposit required for trailer rental?

Yes, we require a $150 security deposit paid before or at the time of your rental. This deposit must be made with a credit card and will be fully reimbursed once the trailer has been returned with no damages or lost/stolen equipment. If paying for your rental with cash, you will still be required to pay your deposit with a credit card.

Do you carry insurance?

Yes, we have comprehensive and collision coverage. However, we require each customer to have liability coverage through their own insurance agency for the trailer being towed. If you do not, you will be required to purchase MBA liability coverage for $3 per day of your rental.

What are your hours of operation?

General business hours are 7am-8pm, but we are flexible!

Because we are a family-owned business, we have flexible operating hours to maximize customer convenience. Contact us at anytime and we will get back to you as soon as possible!
All trailer pick-up and drop-off times need to be confirmed with us before any payment is accepted.
